My Portal is operated by Rmanam Infotech Private Limited (“we”, “us” or “our”). These policies apply to our website, business workspace and annual digital profile plans.

1. Information we collect

• Account information: your name, email address, phone number and verification records.
• Business information: business name, category, profile text, address, contact details, opening hours, products, services and uploaded images.
• Enquiries and support: messages and contact details submitted through a profile or sent to support.
• Payment records: selected plan, amount, currency, transaction references, payment status and coverage dates.
• Technical information: session identifiers, IP addresses, request and security records needed to operate and protect the service.

2. How we use information

We use this information to create and verify accounts, provide the workspace and public profiles, deliver customer enquiries, process and reconcile payments, manage coverage, respond to support requests, prevent fraud and meet applicable record-keeping obligations.

3. Public profiles and enquiries

Information you choose to publish on a business profile, including contact details and images, is visible to visitors and may be indexed by search engines. Do not upload information you do not want made public. Unpublishing a profile does not remove copies already held by third parties.

When a visitor submits an enquiry, its content and contact details are shared with that business so it can respond. The business is responsible for its subsequent use of the information. Do not include sensitive personal or payment information in enquiries.

4. Service providers and sharing

We share information as necessary with hosting and infrastructure providers, our SMS/OTP provider and Razorpay for payment processing. OTP delivery uses your phone number when SMS delivery is enabled. Razorpay handles payment credentials in its checkout; our application does not store your full card number, CVV or UPI PIN. Some website resources are loaded from third-party font or content-delivery providers, which receive technical request information such as your IP address. We may also disclose information to comply with lawful requests, protect users or investigate fraud. We do not sell your personal information.

5. Cookies and browser storage

We use session cookies to maintain login and protect requests. The workspace may use session storage for unsaved drafts. Illustrative demo and prototype areas may store sample preferences in your browser. Blocking essential cookies can prevent login and account features from working. You can clear browser cookies and storage through your browser settings.

6. Retention and security

We retain information as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, maintain payment and security records and satisfy applicable obligations. Unpublishing a profile does not delete its account data. Deleted information may remain in backups or required records for a limited operational or legal purpose.

We use access controls and other technical safeguards to protect information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Keep your account access and verification codes private and report suspected misuse promptly.

7. Your choices and requests

You can update business information and unpublish your profile through the dashboard. To request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information, or raise a privacy concern, email us from your registered address. We may verify your identity before acting and explain any information we must retain. Removing information necessary for the service may require closing your account.

8. Children and policy updates

The service is intended for business owners and authorised representatives who can enter into a binding agreement. It is not directed to children. Contact us if you believe a child’s information has been provided improperly.

We may revise this policy and will update the date above. Material changes will be communicated through available account contact details where appropriate.
